October 18, 2025 The Paul Quinn College women’s volleyball team continued its strong conference play on Saturday afternoon, defeating Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) in straight sets (25–20, 25–19, 25–21) at The Castle. The victory lifted the Tigers to 14–12 overall and 6–3 in HBCUAC play, while SUNO fell to 5–14 and 2–8.
New Orleans, LA, October 17, 2025 The Paul Quinn College volleyball team fell to Dillard University 3–0 (32–30, 25–22, 25–20) on Friday evening in a non-conference matchup at Dent Hall. The Tigers fought off a determined Jarvis Christian squad to win the match 3-2, overcoming a first-set loss and withstanding a gritty fourth-set comeback by the Bulldogs.
Dallas, TX September 27 In front of a supportive home crowd of 104 fans, the Paul Quinn Tigers (8-10, 4-1) powered past Philander Smith (6-8, 1-4) with a 3–1 win on Tuesday afternoon. The Tigers used balanced offense, timely defense, and strong serving to secure the victory in four sets (25-19, 25-21, 21-25, 25-21).

Whitney Health & Physical Education Complex. The victory evens Paul Quinn’s record at 1–1 while Alcorn falls to 0–7.
Tougaloo, MS — September 12, 2025 The Paul Quinn Tigers earned their third win of the season on Friday night, defeating Tougaloo College 3–1 at Owen Health and Wellness Center. After dropping a tight first set, the Tigers roared back to take three straight and close out the Bulldogs, 22–25, 25–12, 25–18, 25–12. With the victory, Paul Quinn improved to 3–8 overall, while Tougaloo remained winless at 0–6.
Austin, Texas – September 6, 2025 Paul Quinn volleyball battled hard against nationally competitive Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College on Saturday morning at the Branch Gym in Austin, but the Tigers ultimately fell in three sets (25–22, 25–23, 25–14). Despite the loss, Paul Quinn showed resilience in the first two sets before fatigue set in against the powerful Pomeroys, who improved to 14–1 on the season.

The Tigers put together their most efficient offensive outing of the young season, hitting .324 as a team and never allowing the Knights to find a rhythm.

Despite the sweep, the Tigers showed fight in the opening and closing frames while continuing to develop rhythm early in the season.
